I make this quick activity for labeling Expected vs. Unexpected events for our students with ASD.
You can either print out several copies and have your students put a check next to the events they believe are “expected” or “unexpected” or you can use the visual cue cards I added on page 3 of this packet.
After you determined the expected and unexpected events you can discuss how your students would react to these situations.
